We had a PayPal account,, in the process of setting up using PayPal sandbox (testing site), scammers tried to take 50 thousand sandbox pounds. Therefore to protect both our customers and ourselves we have set up an Escrow account, the money is deposited before item is dispatched and the money remains in situ for 30 days. You will receive a dedicated transaction number that will include the date and time. This allows time for delivery, all items sent through a delivery method must be signed for. Please make sure you give us a full address and Postcode. All complaints are on a an individual basis.

It would be preferred if the product was collected to avoid disappointment. Couriers are now charging by Weight and Mileage. We will be able to quote a price once we know who you choose to deliver in your location. Even though our products are packaged correctly the couriers refuse to accept and insure fragile or expensive items, (over £50)
The cost of any returns is dependent on whoever caused the damagae. These are all individual peices and cannot be replicated.
